Basketball Friendly with German School

Our 19 and Under team played a friendly game with their german counterparts on the 1 June at their wonderful indoor hall. It was the team's second game of the season and the first playing in a indoor surface. They started the game nervously but got better as the game went. Slowly but surely., they started to play like a seasoned team.

Leads exchanged hands a couple of times and it was at the final minute that the German boys scored the winning basket. It was certainly a good experience for the boys as they get prepared for their coming league.

Achievement in climbing

Our own Lynette Koh has been doing very well in the local climbing circuit. She has participated in numerous local competitiion and have been winning. The latest two being Pumpfest 2009 where she come in tops in the novice category and the safra Clinb2 where she finished first in the 15 and Under Category. Well done Lynette.

Soccer Friendly

Two of our teams will be in action tomorrow (23rd April 2009). The senior team (U18) will be playing against Waseda Shibuya High School on our ground, kick off at 4.45pm, while our U16 will be taking on Hwa Chong International at Bukit Timah Field, kick off at 3.45pm.

We would appreciate if you would come and support the teams.

Watch this site for the results.

New Term

It was a good break for most of us and it is back to hard work again. For this term, the students will be having their usual fitness test which I might say, some of them have improved tremendously in their running timing.

The stuednts will again be learning new skills during their PE lessons when they rotate in their respective levels.

The weather has been unpredictable, so please put on your sunscreen and remember to drink lots of water. Remember that if your lips are dry, it is a sign that your are beginning to dehydrate.

We will have a fantastic half term.

The fees will be for the period 13th April to 5th June, please have your child /ward bring in the fees before the end of this term (cheque adress to S5 Prosports or cash) .
